We've a full weekend of rugby here at Orrell RUFC - come and enjoy some great rugby, catch up with old friends and some post match refreshments

The 1XV are at home to Dukinfield. Kick off at 2.30pm at St John Rigby. "Honours were even last year with Dukinfield taking the points at Birch lane and Orrell taking the spoils at Winstanley College. Both sides will be looking to build on positive starts to the 2018/19 season and that should lead to a really competitive fixture. Last week both sides had no game, so a few bodies will be rested and ready to go and hopefully we’ll see an entertaining game of rugby" said Paul Wingfield, Head Coach.

Our 2XV are also at home to Crosby St Mary's. Kick off is 3.00pm at Winstanley College.

Our Sunday line up:

Our U16s Lions take on Bolton away in a cup game; the U13s are at home in a cup game & the Minis are at home to Sefton

This Sunday, our U16s Lions hope to continue the success they saw last season with a cup game against Bolton. Kick off is 11.00am and the game will be played at Bolton RUFC ground, off Chorley New Road, BL1 3AW. The guys would appreciate you coming along and cheering them on.

Our U13s also play their first cup game of the season vs Rossendale at home. Kick off 11.00am.

Also on Sunday, the Mini section will all be at home to Sefton. Matches will kick off from 11.00 am at Upholland High School.

Come on down and cheer the teams on. Refreshments will be available during and post match in the school canteen.
