The Orrell RUFC Annual General Meeting will take place at 7:45pm on Wednesday 27th June 2018 at St. Luke’s Parish Hall, Lodge Road, Orrell.
The election of the officers of the executive committee plus an additional members will take place during the AGM. Nomination forms can be downloaded from the club website.
The AGM is also an opportunity for additions or alterations to the Rules or for any other motion to be submitted. Any proposal shall be submitted in writing to the Secretary duly proposed by one member and seconded by another.
Only members whose annual membership is up to date can vote at the AGM.
Copies of the Club’s interim financial statement will be available at the meeting plus the Club’s constitution.
