ORRELL RUFC AGM

Dear Members

Please note that the Annual General Meeting of Orrell RUFC will take place at 7:30pm on Monday 13th May 2019 at Winstanley Tennis Club, Winstanley Road, Orrell.

The purpose of the AGM is to act as a review of the year and deal with issues such as the election of committee/board members and reviewing the annual accounts. Election of the officers of the committee plus and additional members will take place.

Calling Letters will be posted out to current members week commencing 14th April 2019 and Nomination forms can be downloaded from the club website.

The AGM is also the opportunity for additions or alterations to the Rules or for any other motion to be submitted. Any proposal shall be submitted in writing to the Secretary duly proposed by one member and seconded by another.
