ORRELL RUFC AGM MEETING

Annual General Meeting of Orrell RUFC will take place at 7:30pm on Wednesday 31st May 2017 at St. Luke’s Parish Hall, Lodge Road, Orrell. The AGM agenda for the meeting will be included in the next club letter.

Election of the officers of the committee plus an additional eight members will take place. Nomination forms can be downloaded from the club website. The AGM is also the opportunity for additions or alterations to the Rules or for any other motion to be submitted. Any proposal shall be submitted in writing to the Secretary duly proposed by one member and seconded by another.

Only members whose annual membership is up to date can vote at the AGM. Copies of the Club’s interim financial statement will be available at the meeting plus the Club’s constitution.
