Orrell RUFC has a vacancy for a 2XV Team Head Coach. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking coach to work alongside like-minded people.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Level two or willing to work towards RFU coaching qualifications
• Available for selection meetings and training sessions starting at 18.15 on Wednesday evenings at St John Rigby College WN5 OLJ
• Available for both home and away matches on a Saturday afternoon throughout the season
• Confident and have prior experience of planning / coaching training sessions and or playing at a comparative level

The successful applicant will:

• Play a major part in the development of the open-age playing section
• Assist in the development of younger players as part of our talent pathway programme

Over the last two seasons the squad has secured back to back promotions and regularly has over 20 players competing for positions on a Saturday afternoon.
