The company was established back in 2003 by Colin & Michelle Ratcliffe who have had over 25years experience in the construction industry and specialise in Education, Refurbishment, Maintenance and construction of new build affordable and bespoke housing.

The company has seen steady growth over the years and is proud of its consistent ability to retain long term relationships with its clients.

Colin & Michelle are passionate sports fans and are very big hearted when it comes to grass roots community support of local sports clubs and charities which include Spring View cricket club, Lancashire BARLA amateur rugby league and of course the wonderful Joining Jack Charity.

In addition, they are also season ticket holders at Sale Sharks rugby union and are player sponsors. Recently Colin very kindly facilitated our recent training and Q&A session for our Mini andJjunior section with Sale Sharks’s very own Josh Charnley and Mike Forshaw, two former Wigan RL legends, so we are very grateful, not only for their sponsorship of our club but also for their continued support and time.
