This is one of of our very own Inner Warriors, who became Captain Inner Warrior of the Orrell RUFC Touch Team last Saturday. She certainly embraced the "This Girl Can" slogan as she not only took on the captaincy but led the team to victory in the Caldy 7s Open Touch Tournament.

Yes you can! Come and Join our Inner Warrior Camp and prove to yourself you can!

All you need is your gym kit (t-shirt & leggings will do) and trainers and just turn up. Bring your daughter, your mum, your sister, you grandma, your auntie - we're all inner warriors!

What to expect? Just some outdoor exercise and an introduction to something you may never have tried before - Rugby!

You can also expect a lot of fun, laughter and even make some new friendships. Who knows ... you may even find some skills you never knew you had.
