Orrell U9s completed their season of friendlies with a further 2 wins against the hosts Tyldesley and Bolton U9s. Orrell started the game day against Tyldesley who fielded a few big players who seem to tower over many of ours, but Orrell produced quality rugby all day with great attacking runs, their vision to off load the ball at the correct time and a defense to halt any attack that was thrown at them, Orrell thundered into the lead and finished the first game 9 tries to 7, Thomas F was in full flow, out pacing the opposition with ball in hand, Patrick again put his full effort into everything,

Tom proved destructive with his block busting runs, Will commanding areas with real positive attitude, Finn playing a top game with his many and darting bursts, Thomas W being at every breakdown and encroaching forward when possible and Thomas K raising his game yet again with competitive runs and solid defensive work

Bolton U9s Vs Orrell U9s

Orrell’s last 20 minutes of the season was a replica of their days first game, it was a pleasure to witness with again a solid and powerful display proving too hot for Bolton to handle, Orrell finishing the game 9 tries to 4.
