Annual General Meeting Orrell RUFC
Tuesday 28th September 2021, St Luke’s Church Hall, Orrell
The Annual General Meeting of Orrell RUFC (the rugby section of the Orrell & Winstanley Community Sports Club), will take place on Tuesday, 28th September at 7.00pm at St Luke’s Church Hall, Orrell.

A review of the previous 2 years will be discussed (due to the Covid-19 Pandemic there was no 2020 AGM); presentation of Officer’s Reports and Election of Officers.

The Club and the Executive Committee welcomes nominations & applications for roles on the committee for existing members or new members to the Club; we’d especially appreciate any help or assistance on several roles such as Sponsorship, Health and Safety or just a general committee member. The AGM is also the opportunity for additions or alterations to the Rules and/or any other motion to be submitted. Any proposal will need to be submitted in writing to the Communications Manager via email to enquiries@orrellrugbyunion.com) or by post to 2A Hesketh Drive, Standish, WN6 0SF - no later than 21st September 2021 (7 days prior to the AGM date).

Please note that only members whose annual membership is up to date can vote at the AGM.

Whilst most of the Covid-19 rules are no longer applicable, for the safety of our members and volunteers, please feel free to wear a mask, hand sanitizer will be available at the door and seating will be at an acceptable social distance. We will also follow all social distancing procedures as requested by St Luke’s and would encourage members and attendees to do the same.
