The Club are devastated to hear of the passing of Brian Halliwell

Orrell RUFC are devastated to hear of the passing of Brian Halliwell, aged just 67. He was so well known in the local community and a long time friend, supporter and sponsor of the Club,

Brian Halliwell and his family have been great friends to our club for many years and their business, R Banks & Son (Funerals) Ltd, is our longest standing sponsor.

Brian was also an active and generous attendee at our sporting dinners held over the years.

A gentleman who will be so sadly missed by all who knew him. Our sincere condolences go out to Jennifer, Carina, Martin and their family.
