THE SEASON IS FINALLY HERE!

It’s a big weekend ahead for Orrell RUFC as the 2026/27 season gets underway — with four of our teams in action.

Saturday:
Our 1XV welcome Leigh RUFC for their first home game of the new season at Winstanley College. Please note the revised 2.00pm kick-off.

Our 2XV also begin their season away at Burnley RUFC, kicking off at 3.00pm.

Then on Sunday, our Senior Colts welcome Stockport Senior U18 Colts at 2.00pm, while our U13s host Sedgley Park at 1.00pm (both games will be played at St John Rigby College).

It’s the start of another exciting season for the Club — and an important step on the journey towards Orrell RUFC’s Centenary in 2027.

We look forward to welcoming players, families, supporters, sponsors and friends of the Club throughout the weekend.
