Chairman’s Welcome

Welcome to the 2026/27 season.

This season will see the start of our centenary celebrations. As we are all aware Orrell RUFC (the club) has been at the very top of the game and more recently languishing at the lower end of the league system. The previous season we gained promotion to ADM Lancashire/Cheshire 2 playing some entertaining Rugby along the way. There must be very few clubs that have experienced the highs and lows we have and still exist to tell the tale!

Your membership contributions along with our generous sponsors will allow the club to field 7 teams this season including a Colts team, First and second XV down to a newly formed under 8 team.

Please continue to support the club through your membership payment, match day and social support along with volunteer opportunities that will come along throughout the centenary year and beyond.
