The RFU’s Game Management System (GMS) is the online system used by all rugby clubs in England.
Every player and parent will use it each season, so it’s helpful to understand what it does and why it’s important.

What you need to do each season
There are 3 simple steps:
1️⃣ Register or Update Details
Check that your profile and your child’s profile are correct, including contact and medical information.
2️⃣ Purchase Club Membership
Membership is required for all players and parents/guardians.
3️⃣ Pay Player Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be paid separately or at the same time as membership — whichever is easiest for you.
